At Corsa Futures, your funds are not commingled with our company funds. We adhere to client money laws, ensuring that all client funds are managed separately and held in dedicated Client Trust Accounts.”
Q: Am I charged any fees when I make deposits or withdrawals from my trading account?
While we do not impose any fees or commissions on deposits or withdrawals, it’s important to be aware that banks may apply their own charges for transactions, especially in the case of bank transfers. Additionally, for e-wallets, withdrawal fees may apply if no trading activity has taken place.
Q: What conversion rates do you use?
At Corsa Futures, our clients enjoy industry-leading rates, ensuring competitive advantages. When making deposits from an external funding source or processing withdrawals to an external funding source, funds will be converted based on the
prevailing daily bank rate.
Q: The funding method indicates ‘Instant,’ but I have not received my funds. Have I overlooked any steps or made an error in the process?
Kindly allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for the funds to reflect in your account. Should the process take longer than expected, our dedicated customer service team is available and ready to assist you in tracking and ensuring the secure
processing of your funds.
Q: Is it possible to transfer my funds to a different bank account for withdrawal?
Certainly, you can proceed with the transfer to a different bank account if it is registered under the same name as your account with Corsa Futures. However, please note that if there is a discrepancy in names (e.g., company name vs. personal name), we are unable to facilitate the transfer due to stringent Anti-Money Laundering policies.
Q: What should I do if I have not received my withdrawal?
If your withdrawal request via Bank Transfer has not been processed within 5 working days, kindly reach out to our Client Accounting Department at support@corsafutures.com. We will promptly assist you and provide a Swift Copy for your
reference.
